Youth MindfulnessEstablished in 2016, Youth Mindfulness is a charity committed to enabling a healthier, happier and more compassionate society by sharing mindfulness with children, young people and adults. The core business of the charity is currently in developing and delivering educational and training programmes that seek to have a transformative impact on the lives of participants.
