Lifelink
Lifelink has operated across Glasgow for 26 years supporting individuals who have mild to moderate mental health issues, for example stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues or overall low mood. It provides a range of services including one to one counselling, personal development workshops and training. Services are aimed at young people age 11-18 and adults age 16+. Our community and school based counselling services are generally free to individuals living in Glasgow City.

The Piano Project CIC
The Piano Project aims to reduce social isolation and loneliness, increase connections between people and create opportunities for moments of spontaneous human contact by facilitating greater access to acoustic pianos in Glasgow and beyond, through the redistribution of piano donations back into the community and recycling older unplayable pianos into new furniture/artwork . . . along with piano hire, piano decoration facilitation and subsidised piano tuition initiatives this all creates a network of instruments and events open to all ages & abilities.

The Project Cafe CIC

The Senior Centre - Castlemilk
The Senior Centre considers itself a 'youth club for the over 55s' and our main objective is to offer and promote social opportunities for the residents of Castlemilk and its surrounding areas. We aim to ensure that more independent older adults within the community can continue to live at home and improve their social connections and relationships with their peers.
The Spark
The Spark is a well-established charity and social enterprise. Working in partnership we provide counselling and other support to children, young people, individuals, couples, parents and families. We use an early intervention and prevention approach to help develop resilience and reduce the destructive impact of conflict where this is present in a relationship.
