Loco Home Retrofit Community Interest Company is a startup social enterprise operating as a worker co-operative for the purpose of decarbonising homes in Scotland. It takes a novel community- and place-based approach to growing customer demand whilst stimulating supply chain development. Loco Home provides community ngagement and bespoke retrofit assessment and advice services and has plans to introduce a retrofit coordination service.
