Queens Cross Housing Association

Queens Cross Housing Association (QCHA) was created in 1976 in direct response to the local housing conditions of the time. QCHA has a proven track record of delivering holistic services. As far back as 1983, it was recognised that local regeneration would not be successfully achieved by housing investment alone and that the local economy and infrastructure also needed attention. QCHA has played a major role in transforming the area by working alongside local people and volunteers and increasingly devolving decision making to local communities. Today QCHA has housing stock of 4,400 units offering a wide range of housing and support to a range of people including older people, young vulnerable adults and people with metal ill health.
