The Wise Group is a social enterprise founded in 1983. We are a business that tackles social, economic and environmental problems. The Wise Group delivers services that can support individuals to change their lives. We operate across four business areas: employability, skills and learning, sustainability and community justice. Each area delivers innovative projects and provides solutions for a wide range of stakeholders. These include government departments and agencies, local authorities, employers and businesses, and a variety of funders. We are accountable to our stakeholders and funders for achieving results that have a meaningful impact on people, communities and society. We build strong partnerships with other organisations to deliver innovative solutions but never forget that people are at the heart of everything we do. We are building better lives, better communities and stronger businesses. The Wise Group delivers services throughout Scotland and the north east of England.
