Lifelink

Lifelink has operated across Glasgow for 26 years supporting individuals who have mild to moderate mental health issues, for example stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues or overall low mood. It provides a range of services including one to one counselling, personal development workshops and training. Services are aimed at young people age 11-18 and adults age 16+. Our community and school based counselling services are generally free to individuals living in Glasgow City. Lifelink offer a range of employer services aimed at supporting teams to develop and implement a number of initiatives and strategies within the workplace which promote positive overall health and well-being. Meeting room facilities are also available to hire for groups of up to 16 people with onsite parking, Wi-Fi and if required refreshments and catering can be arranged at an additional cost.
