SISU is a social enterprise that works with radical compassion and relentless determination to reform the care and support sector for society’s most at-risk women and girls. 

We nurture and empower at risk young women who have faced harm and trauma within the care and support sector. We believe in their resilience and potential to transform their lived experience into lived expertise. Together, we co-create and co-produce training programmes for the sector, influencing them with the invaluable voice of live experience. Through paid roles and profit-sharing opportunities, we amplify young women’s voices, ensuring their direct impact on reforming the care and support system.
