SISU is a social enterprise that works with radical compassion and relentless determination to reform the care and support sector for society young women and girls.
SISU exists to dismantle systemic barriers that perpetuate GBV and inequality. Combining academic research and the voices of women, SISU co-creates programmes which empower women and girls - creating opportunities for them to heal and reconnect with themselves and their community, and to actively build the future they strive for. SISU co-creates and co-produces training programmes for the sector, influencing them with the invaluable voice of lived experience. Through paid roles and profit-sharing opportunities, we amplify young women's voices, ensuring their direct impact on reforming the care and support system.
