The Saturday Cafe Clubs

The Saturday Cafe Clubs offer a range of Clubs for children and young people with disabilities: Our Club provision: The Saturday Caf� and Saturday Caf� Juniors: Clubs run from 1pm – 4pm on Saturday afternoons - for children aged 5 to 12 years. The Club focus is primarily on free unstructured and sensory play through a wide range of fun activities both outdoors and indoors. Our activities range includes; arts and crafts, new and old games including our interactive sessions, sensory room activities and lots of creative and imaginary play. Ultimate Sunday’s and Ultimate Juniors: Clubs runs from 12pm–3pm on Sunday afternoons, providing lots of fun in Sports, Dance and Drama activities for children and young people aged 5 to 18 years. The focus on this Club is health and wellbeing and encouraging children and young people to be as physically active as possible. We engage in a wide range of individual and team activities, with this Club being the main platform for our talented performers in our annual Reach for the Stars Show. Ozzy’s Youth Club: Club runs on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm – 9pm. Our youth club is for young people aged 13 to 18 years; providing space and time to socialise with peers and take part in a wide range of youth activities designed, planned and often delivered by the young people themselves. Favourites include karaoke, dance, crafts and just ‘hanging out’. One-Ups: Is our transition Club for young people aged 19+ years who attended Ozzy’s Youth Club up until the year of their 19th birthday. This Club is not currently open to new members; it exists to offer young people moving into the transition phase from Ozzy’s Youth Club to other leisure activities out with the Saturday Caf� Clubs setting. This group plan, prepare, deliver and develop their own programme for Club with a little help from their friends (our staff). Caf� Holiday Club: Our Spring, Summer and October Clubs run through the nine-week school breaks providing a variety of fun, games, sports, dance and drama and many more activities for children and young people aged 5 to 18 years who attend one of our short-break Clubs. The Club also provides parents / carers and family groups with longer short-break opportunities with confidence that their child or young person is in a positive, safe and fun environment.
