We provide a range of flexible Stress Management Services to Castlemilk & many surrounding areas tailored to the needs of individuals and groups.
Common Wheel supports people with mental illness by providing meaningful activities. We have two projects. Our bike project supports people in repairing and recycling old bikes into 'good as new' bikes for our clients to ride away and keep!

Good Morning Service
Good Morning Service's 365 day telephone befriending and alert service is both life-saving and life-enhancing.
Over the past 25 years, Lifelink has been designing and operating services to support young people and adults with stress related, mild to moderate mental health issues and complex needs. We deliver services in community settings across Glasgow and also deliver school counselling services in many of the secondary schools in Glasgow, Renfrewshire and West Dunbartonshire.
