MILK
Founded in 2015, MILK is a social enterprise set up to support women from a migrant background, including refugees and asylum seekers. We are a catering company and community space in the Southside of Glasgow. Our aim is to provide a safe and welcoming environment that promotes integration within the community.
MILK is a multifunctional space, offering a variety of free classes and workshops that are open to all women in our community (and sometimes, where appropriate, men and children too). The space is also available to other groups and individuals to hire and we are always delighted to work with new partners on new and exciting ideas.
After 7 years of cafe trading we are now a full time community space, offering outside catering that we deliver in collaboration with Velo City across the city.
