Proud Futures are a Glasgow based social enterprise founded by a group of LGBTQ+ people with lived experience of mental health and a passion for nature. They offer free wellbeing workshops in the woodlands and online where you can learn about fire building, forest bathing, foraging, eco art, mindfulness and other activities.
In November, they are hosting a Trans and Nonbinary wellbeing workshop to chill out and make friends, get creative, or add tools to your library of wellbeing resources.
Attendees will be gathering at The Bothy in the Cuningar loop for a chance to meet with friends old and new, and take a moment in the sun to focus on their wellbeing. Inside will be creative and crafty workshops and guided wellbeing practices and outside there will be opportunities to practice your eco art and join in some nature inspired wellbeing activities!
Taking place Friday, 28th November. Book your spot here.
