The successful candidate will have SCQF Level 7 SVQ Social Services Children and Young
People/ equivalent or be working towards a relevant qualification.
The ability to work as part of the childcare team to plan, complete relevant paperwork and deliver
a range of activities for children in their early years is essential for this post. This requires good
communication skills and a working knowledge of Curriuclum for Excellence, Pre-birth to three
and Getting it Right for Every Child (GIRFEC) Wellbeing Indicators.
The post requires a commitment to equality of opportunity and human rights, and will be subject to
a PVG check.
