Free Professional Staff and Volunteer Satisfaction Survey for GSEN Members

A satisfaction survey is a simple way to hear what matters most to your staff and volunteers. Done professionally, it gives you honest, structured, and confidential feedback, helping you to understand what motivates your team, what support they need, and what will keep them engaged. 

Sirel Third Sector Research CIC is working with organisations like GSEN and SCVO to develop a staff and volunteer survey tailored to the Scottish third sector and accessible to all.

They are currently offering a free pilot to three GSEN members. Each participant will receive a professionally delivered survey and a summary report of their results.
