VAF is now inviting applications to this 2 year fund from Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership to tackle social isolation and sustain the well-being of vulnerable Glasgow City Council residents.
Third sector organisations that have a Glasgow base (see criteria for further detail) are being urged to apply to the Fund to carry out activities over a 2 year period. Projects will help build connectedness and make a real difference to the quality of life for some of the most vulnerable adults in Glasgow, due to personal characteristics, life transitions and health.
The outcomes for the Wellbeing for Longer in Glasgow Fund are:
· Address health inequalities and improve health
· Improve social inclusion, enabling residents who are isolated to be more connected
All applications should address both of the above outcomes.
Applications should be submitted using the online application form by Monday 3rd December 2018.
Please visit the website page for further information about the fund and how to apply.
