Job Vacancy - Volunteer Co-ordinator, Maryhill Burgh Halls

An exciting Big Lottery Funded new role in Maryhill, working alongside the Halls Manager and Heritage Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating all aspects of managing volunteers including recruitment, training, placement, rota compilation, accreditation and retention.

Part Time. 14 Hours per Week. 3 Years Fixed Term Contract.

Salary: £21,802 - £24,229 per annum pro rata. £11.98 - £13.31 per hour. Hours are mainly during the day Monday-Friday, but will also include occasional evening and week-end work.

Passionate about the project, the successful candidate will also be highly organised, enthusiastic, flexible, possess excellent interpersonal, networking and oral and written communication skills, together with IT competency. Previous experience in recruiting, training, placing and generally managing volunteers is essential.
