Mindfulness for Health & Wellbeing 4 wk course

This 4 week course is aimed specifically at promoting overall health and wellbeing. In it, Mindfulness practitioner Gemma Cummins will teach simple but surprisingly effective techniques drawn from the Zen tradition to help manage everyday life, deal with stress, improve your concentration, and boost general health and well being.
