Scottish Government are delighted to confirm that their new Investing in Communities Fund has been launched. The Fund is now open for applications from Tuesday 7th May 2019 until the deadline of Friday 14th June and is delivered as part of the Empowering Communities Programme. The Investing in Communities Fund is a new streamlined communities fund to tackle disadvantage, poverty and inequality that encourages community-led development, design and delivery of sustainable local solutions addressing local issues, circumstances and aspirations across a broad range of community led activity.
Grants of up to £250,000 are available over three years providing stability and recognising the need for longer term planning in some projects.
