Lifelink are a Level 2 service provider in one of four test sites for the Scottish Government Distress Brief Intervention Service pilot that aims to offer an “ask once get help fast” inter agency response to people in distress.
They are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join their team delivering compassionate problem solving and support services to a wide range of adult clients.
Distress Brief Intervention Support Workers are primarily responsible for delivering fast, responsive and compassionate support and problem-solving services to a range of clients aged 16+ across North Lanarkshire. They develop excellent knowledge and relationships across the service delivery area in order to identify the best options for ongoing client support, help clients to self-manage, and assist in developing emotional resilience through a range of approved tools and methods"
