Good Ideas is the incubation programme of The Melting Pot (TMP), Scotland’s Centre for Social Innovation. Good Ideas plays a major role in TMP’s mission to stimulate and support social innovation in Scotland and beyond. The Good Ideas incubation programme supports people to make change. The programme leads people with an idea through a journey of Camps and Classes to the launch of their social venture. Having delivered successfully in Edinburgh since 2012 the programme is now expanding into Glasgow and other locations around Scotland. They are seeking a facilitator to support participants on the programme, someone who can develop both the idea and the person. Uniquely, Good Ideas provides both the design tools and mental skills models needed to navigate the startup process, enabling people to launch ventures while strengthening their mental health and adapting to life on the startup journey.
The Facilitator will have to be familiar with design-thinking tools and be comfortable conversing on topics like value propositions, start-with-why, stakeholders, governance, business models and more….
The Facilitator will also be familiar with topics like mindset, resilience, drive, feedback and emotional well-being.
