GMAC Film are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to provide support across a wide range of activities.
You will be the first point of contact for room booking enquiries, long-term tenants and a diverse range of visitors as well as being responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating our event hire. Other duties include admin, hospitality and general housekeeping.
35 hrs per week, Monday-Friday
Evening and weekends when required
Terms and conditions include generous holiday allowance, sick pay and an optional pension plan.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys taking on an operational role within a creative, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate should have experience working to deadlines and have a flexible approach to changing priorities and requirements, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be encouraged to work under your own initiative and provide ideas for development that are relevant to the role while being supported by a small, close-knit and extremely committed team.
