Trust Rugby International Group CIC (TRI) is a social enterprise using inclusive rugby and community action to build stronger communities. We believe rugby can be a catalyst for connection, confidence and belonging. It brings together people of different backgrounds, abilities and experiences in a way few other things can. We design and deliver inclusive participation programmes, coach education, leadership development and community initiatives. The focus is always on helping organisations create environments where everyone feels welcome and has the opportunity to contribute and thrive. Sport, learning and community development sit at the heart of our approach. Together, they help tackle isolation, improve wellbeing and create lasting social impact.
