TRI uses rugby as a vehicle for inclusion, belonging and positive social change.

For more than 14 years, TRI has developed Unified Rugby® as a way of bringing people with and without support needs together through the game. What began with a focus on disability inclusion has grown into a wider social purpose: using rugby to reduce isolation, build community, bridge difference and create spaces where people feel valued, connected and able to contribute.

Through Unified Rugby®, club development, coach education and community partnerships, TRI supports people, organisations and communities to build more inclusive, compassionate and resilient sporting environments.

Our work is rooted in a simple belief: rugby is the means, but people are the reason.
