We offer fractional Head of Operations support for organisations that need senior operational capacity but not a full-time role. And we help mission-driven organisations think through AI adoption in a practical, grounded way. We're based in Scotland and work exclusively with purpose-driven organisations. Our clients include charities, NGOs focused on responsible business practices, and social enterprises navigating growth.
