Open Tabs Network is a global online peer community for neurodivergent leaders, founded in Scotland on May Day 2026. We connect neurodivergent professionals through fortnightly community forums, monthly inspiring leader seminars, peer problem-solving sessions, and Leading Differently, our practical leadership training course. Membership starts from £8.25 a month. We are establishing as a Community Interest Company with surplus reinvested into provision for neurodivergent children and young people across Scotland.
