Kinfolk Families is a space for families of all kinds to make change through art.
We provide consultation for arts and culture organisation on making their programmes and opportunities inclusive and accessible for parents and marginalised caregivers. We also offer mentoring for artists and art workers who are parents or caregivers on navigating the arts world, as well as to artists exploring parenthood, care, family and community as themes in their work.
Our online shop sells a curated selection of books, magazines and objects which speak to our values and passions. We redirect all income into arts and culture projects which work with community groups to celebrate varied and alternative family structures and motherhood.
We are also able to deliver socially engaged and participatory arts projects based around these themes by commission, ranging from 1-off, 1 hour sessions to months-long engagement programmes.
