Govan Housing Association

Govan Housing Association was founded in 1971 and was the first community-based housing provider, leading the way for social housing provision in Scotland. We are the parent company of two social enterprise subsidaries - Govan Home Team who carry out our programme of planned and reactive capital works and the Water Row Company that manages our factoring, money advice, commercial leasing and mid-market rent. Working in this way allows us to create local job and training opportunities whilst also reinvesting any profits made back into the regeneration of Govan.
