A non-profit organisation addressing the digital skills gap by supporting underrepresented groups across Scotland. We work in partnership to combine human skills with digital programmes in data, AI, marketing, cyber and coding, ensuring future-ready skills for all. Our flexible, inclusive learning pathways place communities at the heart of economic growth. We have supported over 1,000 learners—81% women—progressing into digital roles, promotions, and further and higher education.
