8 week beginners Mindfulness
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to relieve stress, pain and anxiety and is a tool which can be used by everybody in their everyday life. Over the course of this 8 weeks you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with different meditation techniques, consider what mindfulness is and how you can use it to help simplify your life.

Designed to help you bring mindfulness to your everyday family life, the course will lead you through what mindfulness is (and isn’t), how meditation can help you deal with the constant juggling, decision making and busyness of family life and how you can use mindfulness to help you raise your children the way you’d like to.
