Today is World Mental Health Day!
This year's theme is ‘Prioritising Mental Health in the Workplace’.
The Mental Health Foundation works in Scotland and across the entire United Kingdom, including England, Wales and Northern Ireland on a mission to promote good mental health for all. They have several programmes across Scotland, including their Together to Thrive programme and Elevate programme.
Together to Thrive is a Dundee-based project taking a collaborative approach to improving the mental health and wellbeing of children with neuro-developmental needs. Learn more here.
The Elevate programme amplifies the voices of refugees and asylum seekers in decision-making processes across Scotland, and works to increase the understanding of their lived experience within key public bodies and third-sector organisations. Learn more here.
They also have several useful reports on Mental Health topics, such as body image, refugee wellbeing, integrated care and young people's mental health.
