Talk Action are running a new training course designed to challenge, inspire, and equip you with the tools to foster real change - for yourself, your work, and your organisation.

• What is equality and diversity and why diversity is important
• Self- awareness, unconscious bias, prejudices & assumptions
• Having ‘difficult’ conversations
• When and what to challenge in terms of behaviours and attitudes
• Breaking down barriers
• Inclusive culture - weeding out harmful banter in a positive way
• Inclusive leadership
• Understanding the 2010 Equality Act

This training is relevant for anyone who wants to embed their vision and values for equality and inclusion into their work and organisation.
 
Fees per person:

• £199 - Smaller charities (under 15 staff) and self-funded individuals
• £299 - Large charities, public sector and small businesses
• £399 - Corporate rate (over 15 staff)
