Rural Social Enterprise Hub are hosting a free online workshop to help people feel more confident and better equipped to talk about diversity in work.

Led by Rani Dhanda of Inclusion Junction – a CPD Certified training organisation – this practical session will help you and your team feel more at ease when it comes to diversity in the workplace.

The workshop will cover why people worry about saying the wrong thing, how cultural difference shows up in rural organisations, and what simple, everyday behaviours can make a real difference to whether people feel welcome.
