The online Smarter Volunteer Manager (SVM) programme is available to all UK-based Volunteering Involving Organisations.

This popular six-session training course supports volunteer managers and coordinators to establish a firm foundation for your volunteering programme that meets the needs, goals and ethos of your organisation, and enhances the experience of your volunteers 

The next programme will run on Wednesday mornings from 10am - 1pm, starting from 11th February to 25th March (not 18th).
