Together Reaching Higher (TRH) is a Glasgow-based social enterprise committed to empowering diverse communities through skills development, enterprise, and inclusion. TRH is launching the Entrepreneurs Pathways Lab - a new incubator focused on supporting Scotland’s most excluded entrepreneurs, particularly women from ethnic minority and migrant backgrounds.

TRH is seeking two experienced Business Advisers to deliver hands-on support to early-stage entrepreneurs. Advisers will provide one-to-one guidance, group training, and mentoring across areas such as business registration, online commerce, financial literacy, and sustainability planning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering tailored 1:1 and group business support

• Co-leading enterprise workshops and bootcamps

• Supporting participants to launch and grow online businesses

• Engaging with community partners and business networks

• Monitoring progress and contributing to programme evaluation

Person Specification:
Applicants should have experience in business advising or SME support, strong knowledge of UK business registration, digital commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Etsy), and a commitment to inclusion and intercultural working.
