The Glasgow Sustainable Food Directory

After months of work revising the inclusion criteria, reading and grading applications, and visiting and contacting new venues, the 4th edition of the Glasgow Sustainable Food Directory launched last month. 

Developed by Slow Food Glasgow in collaboration with the Glasgow Food Policy Partnership, the aim of the directory is to showcase the most sustainable food shops and places to eat in the city. The venues listed in this directory cover all price brackets including fine dining restaurants, cafes and food shops.

Using an interactive map, you’ll be able to move around the city and locate what’s nearby. Each edition is also be accompanied by an interactive, downloadable PDF for offline use.
