Their next public LivingWorks ASIST course takes place this September and they are offering GSEN members a discount - book 4 places and receive a 5th place FREE. (£175pp)

Payment can be one off or over 3 interest free instalments. 

ASIST is a highly practical course for organisations committed to ensuring colleagues have the confidence and skills to support someone who may be experiencing thoughts of suicide.

It also enhances and develops the learning of people who have already completed Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid (SMHFA) or Safe TALK, giving them additional skills and confidence around suicide prevention.

With World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September, it’s a timely opportunity to think about what your organisation is doing beyond simply promoting awareness.
Some organisations mark the day with a campaign or social media post. Others take action by training colleagues who can provide support throughout the year.
