The Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETP) offers Scottish companies the opportunity to work with other organisations from 30 different countries on collaborative research and innovation projects that support the energy transition.
The CETP offers Scottish companies the opportunity to work with other organisations from 30 different countries on collaborative research and innovation projects that support the energy transition.
Scottish universities and research organisations are also eligible to apply when partnering with a Scottish company. The CETP has already supported projects in areas including Energy Generation, Energy Storage including Hydrogen, CCUS, Energy Systems and Networks, Heating and Cooling, Built Environment and Geothermal. In 2025 there will be a total budget of €3.5m to support successful Scottish applications.
The latest CETP Research and Innovation funding call will open on the 11th of June 2025. This funding is open to companies in the Scottish Enterprise and South of Scotland Enterprise Regions. Scottish universities and research organisations are also eligible to apply when partnering with a Scottish company.
This webinar will introduce the CETP, including the nine funding areas that Scotland is supporting. It will also give an overview of eligibility criteria, application and evaluation processes, support available for Scottish applicants, and partner search and brokerage support.
