Proud Futures | Winners of Social Enterprise Scotland's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Award!

We are delighted to share that our member Proud Futures have won the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Award at The 2025 Social Enterprise Awards Scotland!

Proud Futures specialises in LGBTQ+ leadership, training, and wellbeing programmes. They work with organisations across sectors—from universities to national charities—to build inclusive cultures where LGBTQ+ people can thrive. Their approach combines strategic insight with lived experience to support long-term, meaningful change.

The Social Enterprise Awards Scotland celebrates the outstanding organisations and individuals driving social change, environmental sustainability, and inclusive growth across the country.

"It felt like a powerful moment when Ellis got on stage and named that, as well as being grateful for the award and receiving recognition, as a trans person in Scotland today, they felt scared and challenged us all to think about how we can be active allies right now. You could hear a pin drop in the room....but so many people contacted us afterwards to say it had really impacted them, so maybe awards are important. It means you get the mic for a minute, so we wanted to make sure we spoke about the things that mattered."
