Saturday 11 July | 9:30AM - 4PM | The Social Hub, Glasgow
This event is a wellbeing-focused retreat designed to provide space for rest, connection and personal development, perfect for LGBTQ+ leaders, organisers, changemakers and community-builders.
Created in recognition of the demands often placed on those leading change in their communities, the event will offer a full day of wellbeing activities. Participants will have the opportunity to attend four workshops from a programme of more than 12 sessions, exploring practices such as yoga, meditation, sound baths, singing, dancing and partner acrobatics.
Alongside the workshops, attendees can access free activities including massage, tarot readings, face painting and a dedicated quiet space for relaxation between sessions. Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided throughout the day, along with a free vegetarian lunch.
The retreat is aimed at LGBTQ+ people looking to recharge, build connections and prioritise their wellbeing while connecting with others working to create positive change in their communities across Glasgow.
