New Positive Pathways Guide Supports Young People Through Transition to Adulthood

Scottish charity Include Me 2 Club has launched Positive Pathways, an updated transitions guide designed to support young people with additional support needs as they move from school into further education, adulthood and adult services.

The resource builds on the organisation's previous Ready Steady Go guide and provides practical information, guidance, contacts and activity opportunities to help young people and their families navigate key transition stages.

Alongside the guide, a My Transitions Passport toolkit is available to help young people plan their next steps and explore future options. The resources are free to access and aim to support more informed, confident and person-centred transitions.
