This new course from Talk Action provides a welcoming space for you to explore neurodiversity and how different cognitive profiles shape participation. You will discover ways to enable people to contribute confidently, whether in your community projects or at work.

Through lively discussion and experiential activities, participants will unpack assumptions, deepen understanding and build confidence in applying neuro-inclusion to everyday practice.

This course is for anyone who wants to create more neuro-inclusive work or community spaces and ways of working— volunteers, staff, managers and leaders alike. The course is welcoming to participants who identify as neurodivergent, providing a holistic, strengths-based perspective on neurodiversity.

Fees per person:

£199 - Smaller charities (under 15 staff) and self-funded individuals
£299 - Large charities, public sector and small businesses
£399 - Corporate rate (over 15 staff)
