Making Sense of Service Design | NEC Digital Design Studio

17th - 18th March | Online

NEC Digital Design Studio are hosting a beginner course on Making Sense of Service Design. This course introduces you to the fundamentals of service design and how it’s driving change within government, public and social sectors. You’ll learn how to apply tried and tested techniques from our experience of designing and implementing services.

Service Design is a user–centred process that takes into account how all parts of a service work together, to meet the needs of the people that use it, and the organisations that deliver it. It gets to the root of systemic and complex problems, and provides the tools and methods to deliver and drive sustainable change.

The course costs £420, with an Early Bird discounted rate of £390 available until February 17th.

Book your place and find out more here.
