Empower Women for Change are delivering a new project called The InspireHer Incubator - to widen participation and empower ethnic minority women and girls across Glasgow to start, develop, and grow sustainable businesses.

Many women from minority ethnic communities face multiple barriers to entrepreneurship, including limited access to finance, language and cultural challenges, a lack of tailored business support, and limited connections to Scotland's entrepreneurial ecosystem. InspireHer Incubator has been designed to address these barriers by providing an inclusive, accessible, and culturally responsive business support.

Support Includes:

• Business start-up support and funding opportunities
• 'Start Your Business' & skills development workshops
• Mentoring and peer support
• Computer access
• Access to networking and forming connections
