During Challenge Poverty Week, SUSE published the Apt Making It Work Project Report and the launch of four new Employer Guides.

The guides are designed to help organisations build more inclusive workplaces for disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. They provide practical, evidence-based advice for employers on inclusive employment.

They worked with employers from a range of sectors across Scotland, along with specialist partners and people with lived experience to provide practical approaches to workplace support, accessibility and employee engagement.
