FreshSight, a student-led social enterprise, wants to understand what youth opportunities in place currently look like in Scotland’s third sector so they can help future-proof the sector, building a pipeline of motivated and skilled young talent.
Your insights will help build a clearer picture of youth involvement in Scotland’s VCS sector. Through their student-led perspectives and partner Rocket Science’s specialism in youth employment, they aim to identify what’s needed to strengthen future support, funding, and partnerships.
They'll share findings back with the sector and leverage their role as a research organisation working in the third sector and a student-led voice to inform universities, training providers, and policy makers on how best to nurture Scotland’s next generation of third sector leaders.
