Scottish Community Mediation Centre are hosting two free introductory workshops in September, exploring conflict resolution and restorative practice. 

Introduction to conflict and mediation

Date: 7th September
Time: 12-1:15pm (lunchtime)

This workshop is designed for anyone who has a curiosity to learn about how to handle conflict better or to understand mediation. It is aimed at managers, case workers, frontline staff and other professionals.

Date: 24th September
Time: 9:30am - 4pm

This one-day workshop is designed for people interested in restorative practice whether service managers, team leaders or workers. This is an interactive course, led by experienced trainers providing a safe learning environment.
