Free Legal Advice Service | The Environmental Rights Centre for Scotland

The Environmental Rights Centre for Scotland (ERCS) has launched its free legal advice service, supporting individuals and communities to use their rights to protect the environment and improve local biodiversity.

ERCS want to ensure that people in Scotland can exercise their environmental rights and that environmental laws are upheld.

The service can be useful if you are seeking specific advice on an environmental issue, for example a worrying planning application or loss of greenspace in your neighbourhood. It can also help with general questions about environmental or related planning law, such as your right to environmental information.

Find out more about the service here.
