Working alongside families experiencing poverty and disadvantage, the successful candidate will provide early intervention and intensive family support to help improve outcomes for children and young people. The role will involve developing tailored support strategies for families, informed by The Promise, GIRFEC Wellbeing Indicators and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The organisation is looking for someone with experience supporting parents in a community setting, alongside a qualification in social work, community work, Social Services (Children and Young People), or an equivalent field. The post is for 17.5 hours per week, with flexible working available, and offers a salary of £15,097 per annum.
