Embrace Autism | Support for Autistic Adults in Scotland
23 Jun 2026
Autistic Knowledge Development is inviting newly diagnosed and self-identified autistic adults in Scotland to register their interest in Embrace Autism, a free autistic-led support programme designed to help participants better understand their autism and connect with others who share similar experiences.
Delivered online by autistic professionals, the programme combines peer support, guided discussions, practical resources and ongoing community connection. Topics explored include autistic identity, masking, reasonable adjustments and strategies for navigating everyday life. Participants also gain access to a resource library featuring guides and videos designed by and for autistic adults.
Previous participants have reported increased self-understanding, stronger community connections and greater confidence in embracing their autistic identity. While group sessions are not currently running, individuals can join the waiting list to be notified when fully funded places become available.
