Founded and run by Colin Rodgers, the CIC builds AI assistants trained on an organisation's own content, so they answer questions accurately, around the clock. The thinking is simple. Small organisations spend hours answering the same questions, and that is time that could go to the people they serve.
There are two main products. The Website AI Assistant sits on an organisation's website and answers visitor questions 24/7, in more than 40 languages, with voice input and text to speech built in for accessibility. The Staff Knowledge Hub lets a team search their own policies, procedures and documents and get cited answers in seconds, rather than digging through folders.
Pricing is set specifically for the third sector, starting at £39 a month for the Website AI Assistant and £49 a month for the Staff Knowledge Hub. The CIC is already delivering for organisations including Red Chair Highland CIC.
Colin is also building Ask Isa, a free signposting tool that helps people across Scotland find local support services, drawing on the ALISS directory and the Scottish Charity Register. It is in beta and free to use. Try it at thinkingforwordsocial.com/ask-isa.
Member offer: GSEN and SES members get free setup on either product (normally £79 to £349), plus a free 20-minute conversation about what AI could do for their service, with no pitch.
