Action for Children: Can you Offer a Young Person a Work Placement?

Action for Children are seeking businesses to take part in their Customer Service Programme by providing placements to young people aged 16-24 seeking customer service experience.

They provide training over 5 weeks in the basics of working in customer service, leading to an SQA Level 4 qualification; and teaching units in social media, communication and product/services. They are looking for businesses to support with customer facing work experience, with a hope of, if possible, an employment outcome if the young person is a good fit.
