SED is the commercial arm of Advice Direct Scotland trading as Citizens Advice Direct (ADS), a charity registered in Scotland (number SC034473).
We operate a centralised contact centre service from Glasgow and Stornoway with 141 contact centre seats. We can receive and transmit a large volume of queries by telephone, email, social media and web chat. Our inbound contact centre deals with enquiries from your customers and our sophisticated, state-of-the-art IT system allows us to seamlessly handle multiple calls simultaneously.
