The Whiteinch Community Centre was developed in response to the local need for an affordable, modern community facility. The Centre has been operating for over 12 years and is owned by Whiteinch Community Association (WCA) on behalf of the local community.
The Centre’s facilities are among the best in the area and include a 150-seat multi-purpose hall, café, crèche, conference room, art room, IT suite and three general purpose rooms. The suite of rooms provides flexible and affordable local facilities for hire by local groups and individuals for regular activities or special functions.
The Centre is opened 7 days a week, 9am-9.30pm weekdays, 10am-3pm Saturdays, 12.45pm-7.45pm Sundays and on request at any other times.
Services offered from the Centre include anonymous, addiction, health and support groups, fitness and leisure classes led by local instructors and groups, financial/legal advice services, elected members provide regular surgeries from the Centre and a local cafe.
